  This business is not what I was told it use to be. The owners currently do not know how to run a business. Behind the scenes people are constantly leaving and if they don’t care for you they give you the boot. They will lie to you to get you in the door then try to change the rules that you were hired upon. They see no wrong. One of the owners poorly decorated and they see no wrong even when customers complain. They will take orders wrongly and blame it on customer service WHO THEY DO NOT TRAIN. The cakes aren’t fresh nor the cupcakes anymore because the new owners run everybody away. Sometimes they put out day old cupcakes to sale.
  If you’re fresh out of college and you are looking for a place this is NOT the place to go. They only care about money and they won’t take any direction because of their egos. The employees that they do have they don’t treat them right at all. Hopefully they let it go or the old owner comes back. They will promise a customer something that they don’t know can be done or not and then the people working on it have to scramble to please the customer while they sit in the office all day. If you are looking for a place to learn and grow as a decorator do NOT work here. They don’t care about anybody but themselves. The owner has told an employee before that she got paid less (a baker) because her job wasn’t as important as a decorators. They are not the people they seem to be.

  I did an adult cake decorating class for my birthday. They let us have ten adults in here. We had so much fun and the cakes were delicious. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, but the young lady leading the class on July 22nd was awesome!

  This place is amazing great customer service and the cake was very moist. Erin was very nice to work with and she gave us multiple options for our wedding cake that was still in our budget. I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting married. They give you Excellent customer service and a variety of cake flavors to choice from. I can't wait to see our wedding cake on the big day. And the prices are reasonable

  We parked and were on our way to dinner at Firebirds when we saw this bakery on our walk. We decided to stop in and get some treats before dinner since they would likely be closed after dinner.
  
  They had other options like cookies, crumble bars, cake slices, gluten-free, etc. but we love cupcakes. I thought about trying the honey cupcake (since it is very different) but went with some favorite flavors we usually try at new places so we went with 3 cupcakes: Mint Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, and Milk & Cookies. The Milk & Cookies cupcake is the best one by far. We both love cookie dough so this was the winner for us. We enjoyed the Mint Chocolate Chip one as well and I enjoyed the Red Velvet one. We would buy them all again. I would try out different flavors next time.
  
  Pricing was about $1 - $1.5 more than we have to pay in our hometown. We paid 3.95 per cupcake plus tax. They were worth it since they are delicious, bigger than a normal cupcake, lots of icing, and moist.
  
  They have friendly staff that were knowledgeable about the cupcakes that we asked about. It is very clean in there. They do have restrooms and that smelled nice and was very clean as well.

  Every time I order cakes, the staff is kind, courteous, and respectful, and responds very quickly via email. Mindy and Erin are great to work with! Cakes continue to be the most delicious and moist I’ve ever had. I also love to go in and get a slice occasionally. I will continue to get all of my cakes from here.
